Councilperson Johnson made a motion to accept the invoices and payments as read Councilperson Barown seconded the motion. The invoices and payments have been presented and accepted. All in favor 4yes 0 no. Motion carried.

Presentation of Invoices and Payments:
• Budget reviewed as well as NBT Account balances.

Misc. information to the Town Clerk:
• Sales tax for the month of JAN $2,876.22
• Sales tax for the month of JAN $2,228.89
• Thank you card from Cherry Valley Fish and Game Club
• Thank you card from The Roseboom Seniors
• Thank you card from the Cherry Valley Historical Association as well as the Fireman’s Auxiliary
• Annual Report from the Town Historian-Susan Miller


Community Center/Alden Fields and Park:
• Biddy basketball will be holding a tournament this month for the end of the season
• Spring Fling Dodge ball tournament coming up as well as the Psychic Fair

Health Center:
• Phones have been changed back to the way they were so people do not get a busy signal if the phone is already in use.
• Supervisor Garretson asked that a thank you be put in the Pennysaver for the last fundraiser for the Health Center.

Village:
• Town and Village board minutes online @ cherryvalleyny.us

Town Planning:
• Motion to accept Planning Board slate of officers as presented Julie Barown as Chairperson and Russell Flint as Deputy Chairperson and Tracy Donavan Laughlin as secretary is made by Councilperson Barown and seconded by Councilperson Cornwell

Federal/State/County:
• NYSDOT sent a map of the resurfacing that will be done on US Route 20
