A question was raised whether or not the town will have jurisdiction on who can drive on a particular road. Discretionary authority may want to think about SEQRA for every permit issued. Recommend using a Local Law and using the Town Attorney to pursue or hiring Whiteman, Osterhoudt and Hannah the cost to join is $1,300. The Town could come up with a Road Use agreement.
