The invoices and payments have been presented and accepted. All in favor 4 yes 0 no Presentation of Invoices and Payments: • Budget reviewed as well as NBT Account balances. Misc. information to the Town Clerk: • Sales Tax for the month of OCT check from the County $6,212.86 Community Center Alden Field and Park: • Gym and conference room remain closed with the exception of Town Board, Town Planning Board and Food Pantry Board meetings. Town Facilities: • Frank McGrath sent Supervisor Garretson an email with some suggestions regarding the problem at the recyclable bins. The suggestions were shared with the Board. Community Facilities Corp/Old School • Apartments are progressing slowly Town Planning Board: • Supervisor Garretson handed out contact information for the Town Planning Board Supervisor Garretson reported the Town has to come up with a written plan for future pandemic policy and procedures to submit to the State. Supervisor Garretson will be in touch with the Town Attorney, Will Green regarding this plan. Village: • Town and Village Board Minutes and info- www.cherryvalleyny.us Highway Department: • Town Attorney, Will Green, suggested the Town Board award the annual truck bond bid to NBT Bank. Motion made by Councilperson VanDerwerker to award the annual truck bond bid to NBT Bank, 2nd by Councilperson Cornwell. All in favor 4-yes and 0-no. • Estoppel Notice will be sent to the Town Clerk to place in the paper. • Supervisor Garretson received a letter from the state regarding the shared notice agreement has expired. Resolution 2020-11 Standard Work Day Reporting for Elected and Appointed Officials-NYSLRS Form RS 2417-A This new resolution needs to be drafted to replace the previous Resolution as we did not meet all the requirements as laid out by the State. The new Resolution will be posted for 30 days as well as proof of an ad posted in the paper of the posting outside the Town Clerk’s office of the Standard Work Day Reporting for Elected and Appointed Officials. Motion to accept Resolution 2020-11 Standard Work Day Reporting for Elected and Appointed Officials-NYSLRS Form RS 2417-A is made by Councilperson Cornwell and 2nd by Councilperson VanDerwerker. Roll Call vote is taken: Supervisor Garretson-yes, Councilperson Johnson-yes, Councilperson VanDerwerker-yes and Councilperson Cornwell-yes 4-yes 0-no Public Questions, Comments and concerns…………..2 minute limit per request Andy Minig had questions about the recyclable issues, however Supervisor Garretson answered his questions already. Motion to adjourn- Councilperson Cornwell Seconded-Councilperson VanDerwerker There being no further business meeting adjourned at 7:30PM.
