Resolution 2017-7 NYSDOT Snow and Ice Contract Extension

Resolution 2017-4 Senior Citizens Property Tax Exemption
PROPOSED ACTION: To establish and adopt local legislation for the Senior Citizen Property Tax Exemption.
The Town of Cherry Valley will offer a 505 property tax exemption to those with an annual income of $14,000 or less.
Those with an income over $14,000 will not be eligible.
Motion to adopt Resolution 2017-4 made by Councilperson Johnson, seconded by Councilperson Cornwell. Roll call vote taken: Supervisor Garretson-yes, Councilperson Cornwell-yes, Councilperson Johnson-yes, Councilperson Waterfield-yes 4 yes 0 no
