Councilperson Cornwell made a motion to accept the invoices and payments as presented, Councilperson Waterfield seconded the motion. The invoices and payments have been presented and accepted. All in favor 5 yes 0 no
Presentation of Invoices and Payments:
• Budget reviewed as well as NBT Account balances
Misc. information to the Town Clerk:
• Otsego County Sales Tax for the month of JUL $11,854.19
Community Center Alden Field and Park:
- Slow time of year for rentals.
Village:
• Town and Village Board Minutes and info- www.cherryvalleyny.us
Highway Department:
- Highway Superintendent Field has a meeting in Binghamton for Bridge New York.
Town Planning:
- Frank McGrath is present at tonight’s meeting as well as representatives from Carson Power Company. A sample resolution is presented to the Town Board by Kayleigh Furth, project developer, for Carson Power. The resolution is for further clarification of the present Solar Law. Some components are not well defined. What is the intent of the law as it is written. The Resolution will clarify the law in terms of the total size of the project. Does everything to do with the project need to be inside the 10 acre stipulation. For example, fencing, landscaping, interpretation of disturbance of AG land, etc.
