Councilperson VanDerWerker made a motion to accept the invoices and payments as presented, Councilperson Cornwell seconded the motion. The invoices and payments have been presented and accepted. All in favor 5 yes 0 no

Misc. information to the Town Clerk:
• Sales tax for the month of JUN $9,875.07
Community Center Alden Field and Park:
• Jeff Stiles our building super fixed the septic issue we had.
• Quiet month with little going on.
Village:
• Town and Village Board Minutes and info- www.cherryvalleyny.us
Highway Department:
• Highway Superintendent Miles reported the new truck should be here shortly.
Supervisor Garretson handed out samples of Solar Law’s for outside Towns for the Board to look over. Supervisor Garretson feels the Town should have a Law in place before Solar Panels come to Town.
Public Hearing will be scheduled for Tax Cap Levy Limit Override at the next Town Board meeting in September starting at 7:00PM
