Angelica is wondering if the Town would be eligible for this grant money. Would the Town be willing to participate in this Grant? Kat inquired about the reasoning for having two different governments? Town and Village are separate government agencies. Kat also stated one of the reasons new businesses are not coming into the Village is due to the fact there is not a sewer system. Kat feels the burden should not be put on the Village residents alone that all, Town and Village residents, should share the burden of the cost of installing a sewer system in the future.
