Brian Larrabee of Home Town Hauling stated he can handle the recycling while he is there from 8-11AM on Saturday mornings. He presents the price increase information to the Board. He suggests putting up gates to lock the bins and not leave them open for public to access anytime of the day or night. The bins would be accessible during certain times of the day so they can be monitored. The Board held a discussion and all agreed to putting up gates and signage regarding the impending change.
