Councilperson Cornwell made a motion to accept the invoices and payments as presented, Councilperson Johnson seconded the motion. The invoices and payments have been presented and accepted. All in favor 4 yes 0 no
Presentation of Invoices and Payments:
- Budget reviewed as well as NBT Account balances.
Misc. information to the Town Clerk:
- Otsego County Treasurers for Sales Tax for the month of FEB $6,233.85
- Dog Control Officers report for the months of April 2021-March 2022
- Supervisor Garretson handed out information regarding historic glass plate photographs recently found in a residence and donated to the Cherry Valley Museum.
Community Center Alden Field and Park:
- Rentals are starting to pick up
- Little League practices are occurring in the gym until the weather breaks
- Supervisor Garretson spoke with Caleb Cannon regarding the piece of property on the other side of the fence for extending parking for the Community Center. Supervisor Garretson and Caleb will meet in June or July once the ground dries up to assess the potential property for consideration of an additional parking lot for the Community Center.
Village:
- Town and Village Board Minutes and info- www.cherryvalleyny.us
Town Planning Board:
- Solar Company is getting ready to make in roads for the school solar project.
Highway Department:
- Superintendent Field reports Hwy Department is getting ready for paving.
- There is currently an issue with Amish tearing up the roads that do not have rubber tires on their heavy farm implements. A discussion was held by the board for ideas on how to address damage happening to the roads by any person or persons doing damage to the road.

Motion made by Councilperson Cornwell to adjourn the meeting 2nd by Councilperson Johnson
