Health Center: • Maureen Kuhn submitted a letter stating as of May 10th, 2021 her status will be part time. Elletta will transition to Medical Director under the supervision of Maureen. Community Facilities Corp/Old School • Councilperson Johnson has been in touch with ________ Doyle regarding the Senior apartments to be smoke free and she would help with signage. Town Planning Board: • Motion made by Councilperson Waterfield to proceed with finalizing for the proposed Town of Cherry Valley Solar Energy Systems regulations and move toward County review. Seconded by Councilperson Cornwell. All in favor 5 yes 0 no. Village: • Town and Village Board Minutes and info- www.cherryvalleyny.us Resolution 2021-2 of the Cherry Valley Town Board Required annual examination and audit of town justice court records and dockets. Motion made by Councilperson Cornwell to accept Resolution 2021-2 2nd by Councilperson Waterfield. Roll call vote: Supervisor Garretson-yes, Councilperson Johnson-yes, Councilperson Vanderweker-yes, Councilperson Cornwell-yes and Councilperson Waterfield-yes 5 yes 0 no Resolution 2021-2 duly carried. Public Questions, Comments and concerns…………..2 minute limit per request Andy Minnig and Phil Durkin are present tonight along with Charles Varney who will be running for the County Board.
