The regular meeting of the Town Board of Cherry Valley was held on Thursday June 09, 2022 with meeting called to order at 7:00PM by Supervisor Garretson

Councilperson VanDerwerker made a motion to accept the invoices and payments as presented, Councilperson Cornwell seconded the motion.  The invoices and payments have been presented and accepted.   All in favor 5 yes 0 no

 

Presentation of Invoices and Payments:

• Budget reviewed as well as NBT Account balances.

 

Misc. information to the Town Clerk:

• Otsego County Treasurers for Sales Tax for the month of APR $8,157.21
• Otsego County Treasurers Traffic Diversion Prog $1,200.00
• Thank you received from the Joanne Loucks family.

 

Community Center Alden Field and Park:

• Outdoor Games will take place June 17-19
• Retirement dinner is in the planning stages for September

Motion made by Councilperson Cornwell to adjourn the meeting 2^nd by Councilperson Waterfield

 

There being no further business meeting adjourned at 7:33PM.
